The workshop will share marketing success stories from government entities of all types around the world. Participants will become familiar with the marketing toolbox and come to understand how these tools can be used to engender citizen support for an entity, increase utilisation of its products and services and influence positive public behaviours, while increasing revenues and decreasing operating costs.
