The decree appoints His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi as the Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, effective from the 1st of June 2024.

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Amiri Decree regarding the promotion and appointment of the Deputy Commander of Sharjah Police.
The decree stipulates that His Excellency Colonel Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer be promoted to the rank of Brigadier and appointed as the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, effective June 1, 2024.
