Sharjah Ruler was received by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of Arada, Prince Khalid bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, Vice Chairman of Arada, and several company officials.
The Ruler of Sharjah toured Masaar project, which features 3,000 residential units, familiarizing himself with the services, facilities, and amenities designed to serve all residents within the project, providing them with a fully serviced community in terms of housing, infrastructure, health, education, and recreation.
Sharjah Ruler also viewed a model of one of the residential units within Masaar project, exploring its facilities and rooms while listening to a detailed explanation of the home's layout, equipped with standard smart home technologies. The project located at the strategic location close to the recreational area in the heart of Masaar community.
The residential units in the project are designed with full privacy for residents, allowing them to settle in and enjoy quality family time while engaging in various activities.
Masaar project is distinguished by a dense environment of trees and diverse plants connecting the six neighborhoods, featuring over 50 types of trees, including: Ghaf, Samr, Acacia, Hamama, Mahogany, Indian Cork, Spanish Cherry, African Tulip, and Damas. The final number of trees planted in the project is expected to exceed 70,000 by its completion in 2026.
The project also offers a range of community, recreational, and sports facilities, including parks, swimming pools for children and adults, a 6.6 km bike path, a dedicated cycling center, children's play areas, a skate park, separate fitness centers for men and women, tennis courts, basketball courts, football fields, beach volleyball courts, and a food truck area.
Additionally, the project will include a British Reigate Grammar School , with a capacity of 2,700 students, following the British curriculum, set to open in 2027.
Following this, the Ruler of Sharjah headed to Masaar Exploration Center, which features open spaces and abundant natural light, showcasing the project and facilitating the processing of operations for residential unit owners in Masaar.
The Ruler of Sharjah reviewed the overall plan for Masaar project, learning about the completion rates, with the second and third phases scheduled for completion in the next six months, bringing the total completed residential units to 1,400. The remaining three phases, which will include 1,600 residential units, are expected to be finished by the end of 2026.
