His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has directed the launch of the second edition of his historical work "The Portuguese in the Sea of Oman: Annals of History 1497 CE - 1757 CE," after the first edition sold out at the Sharjah Pavilion within the Muscat International Book Fair, which is seeing a large turnout.
The announcement of His Highness’s directive was made during the "Direct Line" programme, broadcast on Sharjah Broadcasting Authority.
