His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri decree appointing the Chairman of the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The decree stipulates that Judge Dr Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi be appointed Chairman of the Judicial Department, under the special job classification system within the Sharjah government's judicial cadre, effective January 1, 2026.
