His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, received the Ambassador of Kuwait, Salah Al Baijan, Tuesday morning at Al Badi'a Palace.
His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah welcomed the Kuwaiti ambassador, who came on a farewell visit for his tenure has come to an end in the country. His Highness praised Al Baijan’s efforts in strengthening relations between the two countries.
His Highness stressed the depth of the strong brotherly-like bond relations between the UAE and Kuwait, which date back to a history full of efforts and cooperation, reflecting the ties between the two countries.
His Highness recalled Kuwait’s contribution in education to the UAE such as building schools and providing teachers and books, which happened before the union establishment, in addition to supporting the health sector with hospitals.
