His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, received Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State and a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sunday evening, at Al Badee Palace.
His Highness exchanged greetings with Al Marar and the delegation on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, praying to Almighty God that this blessed occasion brings goodness, progress, and prosperity to the United Arab Emirates under the leadership of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and grants blessings and peace to the Arab and Islamic nations.
During the meeting, His Highness commended the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for its pivotal role in enhancing the UAE’s relations with countries worldwide, in line with the nation’s development vision and through diplomatic efforts that reflect the values, culture, and social heritage of the UAE.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairmen of the Department of Government Relations, Omar Obaid Al Hossan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and a number of senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Retired Diplomats Council.
