The first musical concert of #LetsMajaz season this year opens on Saturday, November 11, bringing together for the first time the Arab heartthrob Nancy Ajram and Lebanese-Armenian musician, composer and pianist Guy Manoukian at the iconic Al Majaz Amphitheatre in Sharjah.

Nancy Ajram, feted as the “queen of the masses,” is looking forward to her grand debut in Sharjah and return to the UAE after a long time bringing to her fans some of her most popular numbers as well as new songs. The singer has been enjoying a new surge of popularity across the region following her amazing success with the song “Tegy Nenbeset”.
Nancy boasts a rich repertoire with some of the biggest hits and romantic, foot-tapping numbers such as “The Colour of Your Eyes,” “We want to cool the weather” and “Don’t come here while I love you.” Fans of the Lebanese sensation are also looking forward to rekindling the magic of songs like “Mohtajalak,” “Take Your Eyes Off Me,” and “Ya Salam,” which made her famous in the early 2000s and earned her the World Music Award three times.
Nancy is joined by popular musician Guy Manoukian, who promises to make the evening truly memorable with his artistic energy and mastery of the piano. Fans will also have a chance to experience a magical state of art as Manoukian treats them to the best of Arabic music and notes on the Western piano.
Manoukian is known to establishe a quick rapport and bond with the audience. Using his mastery of the piano, he recreates the magic of classics by legends like Umm Kulthum, Sherifa Fadel, and Sayed Darwish, in addition to Lebanese folklore.
Manoukian will perform on songs such as “Nasm Alaina Al-Hawa”, “Welcome to the Talla”, “When Patience is Gone”, “Batwanes Beek”, “Taloo, Taloo”, and other masterpieces of the Arabic music library.
The stunning, Roman collesseum-style Al Majaz Amphitheatre, the new cultural and leisure destination located in the heart of the picturesque Khaled Lagoon in Sharjah, is managed by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, hosting a rich bouquet of cultural, artistic and sports events throughout the year.
