His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, directed the allocation of a plot of land to establish a park for the people of Sheikh Sultan neighborhood in Khorfakkan.
His Highness also directed the Khorfakkan Municipality to plant the area separating the neighbourhood from the workers’ housing by fence to provide privacy .
This directive was announced through an intervention made by His Highness via the Direct Line programme broadcast on Sharjah Radio and Television.
