His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, received on Wednesday evening a delegation from the Federal National Council (FNC), headed by His Excellency Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness welcomed the FNC delegation and exchanged Ramadan greetings with them, as the FNC delegation prayed to Almighty Allah to grant His Highness continued health and to bless the UAE, and the Arab and Islamic nations, with progress and prosperity.
His Highness and the delegation also discussed a number of general topics reflecting the strong social bonds within UAE society and the unity between the wise leadership and the people, within a pioneering development journey under the leadership of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may Allah protect him.
His Excellency Saqr Ghobash and the FNC delegation expressed their sincere appreciation to His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah for receiving them, praying to Almighty Allah to protect His Highness and bless his life, work, and family.
