With race categories tailored to various skill levels, it offers a unique opportunity to compete in one of Sharjah’s most scenic coastal settings and be part of the expanding Ocean Man series in the UAE.
The competition will start on Saturday with a 2 km challenge at 7:00 am, ideal for those looking to test their speed and stamina, which will be followed by 500-meter children’s race at 8:30 am for swimmers aged 7 to 14. The momentum will continue with a 3×500-meter team relay at 9:00 am, adding intensity to the group experience.
On Sunday, the competition will step up with the 10 km endurance race at 7:00 am, and a 5 km race at 8:00 am for intermediate swimmers.
Ocean Man Sharjah emphasises the emirate’s growing focus on healthy lifestyles and outdoor community events. This championship is expected to attract both local and international participants, featuring challenging races alongside lively beachside activities at Al Khan Beach.
